1.3 In these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to the individual or entity accessing or using our Services.

1.4 By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1.5 Definitions:

"Partner Provider" means any third-party healthcare provider, nurse, phlebotomist, laboratory, or other clinical service provider that Starlife works with to deliver the Services.

"Blood Test Kit" means any equipment, containers, or materials provided for the collection of blood samples.

"Test Results" means the output of laboratory analysis performed on collected blood samples.

2. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

2.1 Starlife is not a healthcare provider, laboratory, or medical practice. We facilitate access to blood testing services by:

Coordinating blood draw appointments with qualified healthcare professionals

Managing logistics between blood collection and laboratory processing

Providing secure access to test results

Offering information about available testing options

2.2 All blood draws are performed by licensed healthcare professionals from our Partner Providers. Laboratory testing is conducted by accredited third-party laboratories.

2.3 Starlife does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our Services are not intended to replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. Any information provided through our platform is for informational purposes only.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.

3.2 To use our Services, you may be required to create an account or provide certain information about yourself or the test recipient. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4 Our Services are primarily available in the United Kingdom. Availability of specific services may vary by location.

4. SERVICE BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS

4.1 You may book blood draw appointments through our website, mobile application, messaging services, or customer service representatives.

4.2 When booking an appointment, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about the test recipient

Select a suitable time and location for the blood draw

Comply with any preparation instructions (such as fasting requirements)

Be present at the agreed location at the scheduled time

4.3 Appointments are subject to availability of our Partner Providers. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time and location.

4.4 For workplace or corporate testing, additional terms may apply as specified in a separate agreement.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT

5.1 All prices for our Services are clearly displayed during the booking process.

5.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

5.3 We accept payment via the payment methods specified on our platform.

5.4 Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.5 We reserve the right to change our prices. Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

6.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

6.2 Cancellation fees may apply according to the following schedule:

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment: No fee

Cancellation between 24-48 hours before the appointment: 50% of the service fee

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment: 100% of the service fee

6.3 Rescheduling fees may apply according to the following schedule:

Rescheduling more than 48 hours before the appointment: No fee

Rescheduling between 24-48 hours before the appointment: 25% of the service fee

Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the service fee

6.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control (including, but not limited to, healthcare professional unavailability, severe weather, or public health emergencies). In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

7. BLOOD COLLECTION PROCESS

7.1 Blood samples will be collected by qualified healthcare professionals from our Partner Providers.

7.2 The healthcare professional will arrive at the agreed location at the scheduled time. If you are not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment may be cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply.

7.3 For certain tests, specific preparation may be required (such as fasting). You will be informed of any such requirements when booking your appointment.

7.4 You must follow all instructions provided by the healthcare professional during the blood collection process.

7.5 In rare cases where the healthcare professional is unable to successfully collect a blood sample (due to difficult venous access or other factors), we will offer to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.

8. LABORATORY TESTING AND RESULTS

8.1 After collection, blood samples will be transported to our partner laboratories for testing.

8.2 Test results will typically be available within the timeframe specified during booking. However, this timeframe is an estimate only, and actual processing times may vary.

8.3 Test results will be delivered through secure channels as specified during booking (such as email, secure portal, or messaging service).

8.4 Test results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

8.5 We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional to interpret your test results and determine appropriate next steps.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

9.1 Starlife's liability is expressly limited to the coordination and facilitation of blood testing services.

9.2 We shall not be held liable for:

The actions or omissions of any Partner Provider beyond our reasonable control

The accuracy or interpretation of test results provided by partner laboratories

Any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions made based on test results

Any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of our Services

9.3 Our total liability to you for any losses arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law

10. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
